The Pulsecheck newsletter, developed by the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research team, provides information on drug and alcohol-related trends and activities relevant to Western Australians.  Two editions of Pulsecheck are published each year:

  • Pulsecheck (Second issue, 2011) - this issue focuses on the 2010 National Drug Strategy Household Survey (NDSH), the Alcohol and Drug information Service (ADIS) and drug treatment serices in Western Australia.
  •  Pulsecheck (first issue, 2011) - this issue focuses on the most recent Australian School Student Alcohol and Drug Survey. It also provides a statistical update for the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS) and drug treatment services in Western Australia.
  • Pulsecheck (second issue, 2010) - this issue focuses on the most recent National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Survey. It also provides a statistical update for the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS) and drug treatment services in Western Australia.
  • Pulsecheck (first issue, 2010) - this issue focuses on the Western Australian arm of the Drug Use Monitoring in Australia (DUMA) project. It also provides a statistical update for the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS) and drug treatment services in Western Australia.
  • Pulsecheck (2009) - this issue focuses on the 2007 National Drug Strategy Household Survey (NDSHS), the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS) and drug treatment services in Western Australia.
